About AIM Physiotherapy

Established in 2009 by Mark Humphreys and Isobel Foden, AIM Physiotherapy was initially ran from our clinic in Macclesfield where we treated a wide variety of clients and injury types. As our business expanded and reputation grew, AIM Physiotherapy were recruited by several Eastern Cheshire GP surgeries to remodel and manage their in-house primary care physiotherapy services.

After six successful years in primary care, AIM Physiotherapy are expanding our private practice with the opening of a new clinic in Hale, Cheshire. A purpose-built ground floor clinic with large treatment rooms, free off-road parking, in an easily accessible and convenient location will allow us deliver our unique service to a large population group.

We regularly see clients who have previously been in the health care system, yet are unsure of their diagnosis, what it means, their prognosis or how to manage their problem……But at AIM Physiotherapy our whole ethos is a little different.

We place a large emphasis on identifying the underlying causes of your problem and not just dealing with your current symptoms. Educating you about your problem, then using the most up-to-date, evidence-based treatments and self-management strategies allows us to help you not only relieve your pain, but prevent it from coming back.

If you’re looking to return to elite sport, manage your chronic back pain…..or anything in between, give us a call and see if we can help.
